About me
Me and my camera

In the End

Dear Visitor,

It's a peach that you did not get tired after so many photos! So much staying power has to be rewarded. Therefore I'll tell you now something about me. In case you are interested....

As you can recognize easily from the above picture, I cannot only take pictures of sleeping Chinese. This little fellow I met on a trip through Mongolia. The people there are at least as friendly and likable as in my hometown Lemgo. After my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, I started to consider the wonderful Lipperland to be slightly a little bit too "dozy". I studied economics in Paderborn and worked concurrently for four years in the editorial department of the sport news of the Lippischen Landes-Zeitung.

Since 2000 I work for a worldwide operating company from Swabia, which sent me in 2002 to China. First for one year to Beijing and since 2003, I live now in Shanghai, where are not only boom, speed and culture are fascinating, but also the napping and drowsing Chinese.

In this spirit: Pssst! Lower your voice or better be quiet! Don't rat me, so that I can still go hunting for some more photos. Enjoy inwardly the still Sleeping Giant!
